I am running Windows 7 64-bit and have my UC context menus in place and working. I have noticed that several applications I've installed (not just UC) don't seem to integrate well with Windows 7 unless it is executed at least once using the "run as administrator" option. I would recommend using the "run as administrator" option to activate the windows shell integration, then it should remain in place for future non-administrative sessions. If all else fails, you can also re-install UC using the "run as administrator" option on the installation file.
