Help with setting up and configuring custom user tools in UltraEdit (based on command line input)

Hi from a newbie here but long time user of Ultraedit. I have limited use of my hands and typing long sentences/paragraphs is a chore. I use Windows 7 and MS-Office 2010. I use Speech Recognition a lot BUT UE seems to be incompatible. When I speak lines no automatic typing occurs. Any help would be appreciated.
My daughter is handicapped and uses Dragon Speaking Naturally for text dictation. My guess is that you use something similar. If so, then you either need to use a speech to text enabled text editor, or contact IDM Support to see what needs to be done to enable speech recognition in UltraEdit as it appears to not support that kind of a feature now.
