If I use HTML-tidy without the option "create tidy file", it creates only a report in the output-window.
If I use HTML-tidy with the option "create tidy file", it creates a report and a new, but empty file.

Bug or feature?

The report seem to be OK:

I can't reproduce this issue with using default HTML Tidy options with 32-bit English UltraEdit v24.20.0.27 for a HTML file with no warnings or errors being encoded in UTF-8 or ISO-8859-1. A new file with title ** HTML Tidy Output is created with the content of the parsed HTML file reformatted.
Best regards from Austria
