The column mode does not work properly when I try to enter parentheses or quotes. Example: I have a html snippet and I want to add print(" to start of each line. I mark all the lines using "Column mode" and start typing. As long as I type "print", it works as expected - the characters appear in all selected rows. As soon as I type either ( or " , Ultraedit tries to autocomplete the ) or " by deleting all rows except for the last one. This makes the column mode unusable.
