Assign a drive letter to your "My documents" folder. This can be done very simple with a small shortcut in folder Startup in your Windows start menu. The shortcut needs the command line:

      %windir%\system32\subst.exe B: "%userprofile%\my documents"

Set the Run option in the shortcut properties to Minimized.

So now when you start your computer, at the end of the Windows start, Windows calls the shortcut in Startup menu folder (German: Autostart) which assigns your "My documents" folder to drive B.

You now can everywhere access files and folders on drive B which in real are in "My documents". The Explorer view of UltraEdit/UEStudio will show you now also drive B.

As far as I know, it is not possible to see the "virtual drives" like"My documents" or "My network places" in the explorer view of UE/UES.
Best regards from an UC/UE/UES for Windows user from Austria
