How to use Reformat JSON with tabs versus spaces for the indentations?

    In my latest project, I'm working with JSON files quite a bit. I love the "Reformat JSON" command, but I would much prefer that spaces be used instead of tabs.

    Is that something that can be configured somewhere?

      See File extension based word wrap, tab and indent settings. The tab and indent settings configured by you for JSON files determine if tabs or spaces and how many spaces are used for indentations on reformatting a JSON file. The tab and indent settings for Default are used on reformatting a JSON file if the file is a new, unsaved file or there are no file extension based settings for active file.
