How to you migrate macro files from one machine to another?

    Hi! I'm retiring my old machine and moving everything to my new notebook.

    UE32 Usentry and Ucompare all installed fine.

    How do I migrate all of the macros I've created, plus any other files that should be brought along to the new install?

      Compiled macro files have an extension of .mac

      Look in your UE directory (usually C:\Program Files\UltraEdit\) to find them.

      Copy the files to the same directory on your new computer.

      Use Macro > Load or Macro > Set Auto Load to tell UE which macro file to load.
