Opening another document, in a separate UltraEdit window

Hi,

I think I chanced upon this the other day, somehow throwing a document window into a separate UltraEdit window, but haven't been able to retrace the steps. And unfortunately, searches for 'new window' in both the help file and the forum, return separate instances of 'new' and 'window'.

So the question is, in Windows 7 or 8, how to open up 2 separate documents in UltraEdit, so we can see the first document in one monitor, and the other document, in a separate UltraEdit window, on a second monitor.

Hint: Use advanced forum search (link at top right corner below quick forum search) if just topics containing all words (terms) should be listed (AND instead of OR).

Yeah, I did the advanced search, selected Search for all terms or use query as entered, and still got too many results.

Anyway, thanks for the link, will try the parameters.

Yes, advanced forum search finds new instance in 81 topics in all UltraEdit forums. But first one in list is this topic and the second one is the one I referenced.
