    Hello,
    is there any possibility to disable the automatic check for updates from UltraEdit for Mac?
    I couldn't find any parameter in the settings.

    So always a message pops up to inform me that there is a new version available which is outside my free upgrade eligibility period.
    I know that and I would like to keep this version,without checking for newer versions.

    Any hints?

      I don't use UltraEdit for Mac and cannot really answer your question for that reason. UltraEdit for Windows has the setting Automatically check for updates in Configuration (also known as Settings or Preferences) at Application layout - Miscellaneous.

        Thanks, I am using version 20.00.0.32 and unfortunately there isn't such a settings parameter. Maybe there is some hidden value like registry entries under Windows.
