Using jEdit I can mark different directories that I visit quite frequently as favorites. I don't see a way to do this with UltraEdit and it's a huge time saving feature.
Yes, there is a project set up, but you have to add files to the project. That's not really what I want. I have serveral different mapped drives on my machine and some of the folders I frequent are nested fairly deep. It's way annoying to have to click your way through to get to common directories.
Is there a way to mark 'favorite directories' that I am just missing?
Am I the only one that would like to see this feature? I would have definitely assumed it a given that this feature existed.
To get around this limitation, I'm using xplorer2 lite and from there I can bookmark directories that I frequent and from there I open up the file(s) in UE. It's not as convenient though as having this built into UltraEdit.
