I have set up my SFTP account and I can retrieve files from the remote location, edit them, and then save them back to the remote location. That is fine for existing files. How do I create a new file and save it to a remote location. On the Windows version, there is a File->Save As to FTP menu item. I don't see the equivalent to that on the Mac version.
The feature is right there up in File->Remote Files->Save Remote File As.
I guess when switching from Windows to Mac you have to be aware of that ever-present menu bar up at the top.
