When I try to edit a web template (*.htm) in Trad. Chinese Big5 Coding in UE 10.10a, I cannot read the chinese characters. They appear in gibberish. If I try to type chinese, they appear as '???'. Please help! I'm using Windows XP SP2. Greatly appreciated.
