- Apparently, with the default toolbar buttons, you cannot remove the text, which severely limits the number of buttons that can be displayed across the toolbar. You only have a choice of large or small icons. I asked IDM about possible workarounds, and they suggested created a custom toolbar. I tried...Posted in UltraEdit for Mac General Discussion

- It's not very intuitive (I asked IDM the same question during beta), but go here... View, Set Font, Set Column Mode Font ...and select a fixed width font. In other words, it's not enough to be using a fixed width font in the regular editor mode--you have to also select it for the column mode.Posted in UltraEdit for Mac General Discussion
