- Hi, I've got a problem with the "tag list": if I resize the column of the tag list and make it small (so small that not all the text of the tag is shown), when the mouse goes over a tag, appears a small popup (with the complete text of the tag). Because for some tags there's a rather long text, it d...Posted in UltraEdit General Discussion

- Hi guys I've been trying to work out if this is possible in UEs for the last hour or so and it's driving me crazy. Essentially the problem is that I am forced to use Eclipse at work, which is terrible but does have one very nice feature that I'd like to mimic in UEs. When you're editing javadoc comm...Posted in Macros

- Neither Arial nor Courier New has ever supported Asian characters, ever, in the entire history of fonts, so I don't know why they ever worked for you. Just grit your teeth and select a font that's actually designed to display the characters you want to see. It won't hurt. :PPosted in Editor Display

- I came acrosss the same problem. This isn't an ideal fix but it works: Copy the file contents and paste them in to a new file. Then delete the old file. Now save the new file with the original file name and it should be back to DOS encoding instead of U-DOSPosted in UltraEdit General Discussion

- I have a network drive mapped to N:. This works fine in UltraEdit. My main project uses this drive. When trying to add this drive to a project in UEStudio, or open a project that has this drive within it, the entire application freezes and does not come back. Is this a common problem?Posted in UEStudio General Discussion
