Upgraded to the newer version and got disappointed about the new icon. Maybe it is just me. I will try replacing it with the ResourceHacker .

It appears that only my thin thin client/Citrix has this problem. I tried it on several other stations and they do not have this problem. So, we can say that this is a glitch on my computer. I have added a zipped MP4 video showing the problem just in case someone encounters similar problem.

Thanks for the reply. I tested it on computers at home and neither Windows 8.1 nor Windows 10 TP 9879 have this problem. It seems to be a problem specific to Citrix or Windows Server 2008 R2 . Maybe in combination with dual screen setup. I will try to test it on other people computers running Citrix...
