Why not allow Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab to be used, and let users choose which tab order method is used? This is different to behavior in browsers as written several times in this topic as in browsers Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab switch in file tab order forward and backward. Just to add a clarify...
