FYI - I just downloaded version 16.00.0.11 of UES and the feature is back :) Now I can start being productive again! Thanks IDM 8)

It's not really a workaround, try with more than 2 files. Tiling will open a new window for each file which is far from the original feature. I agree that for 2 file it may work. But more than that its getting really cumbersome.

It doesn't seem has they have the intention to fix it. It's been reported 3 month's ago and we have no news on the problem - good or bad. And with version 23 released without it, chances of having it fixed seems pretty slick. Seems like this feature will be canned... I guess it's time to look for ot...

This is a showstopper for me. This is a major feature, and since it's not there it's really slowing me down. As for the part that it's not "IDM" fault, this is not really relevant.
