I actually ran over the same issue this morning. However, WIN+LEFT or WIN+RIGHT was not working. I had to: open the task manager, find UltraEdit, right click on it, click on  Maximize to make it appear.

Hello! How were you able to determine value of 33195 for that specific action "List files in project..."? I would like to have another hotkey that would "Select Active File", but I don't know what would be the value to pass into the PostMessage. Thanks
