Mofi, I'm using an older version of UE (15.10.0.1018) on a Windows 2012 R2 server, and I'm trying to split a large file with about 1.5 GB. I've tried using the SplitFile.js listed from 3/27/12 above and it fails due to the reasons you stated. I'm basically wanting to the same thing and not familiar ...
