Thank you. I reinstalled the latest version of UE. And the problem disappeared....hoho

I am a Chinese user of UE. Recently my UE's FTP had broken down. Plz give me a hand... File->FTP->Save to FTP/Open from FTP click account then pop a dialog "An unsupported operation was attempted." (look at the image below) http://p7.p.pixnet.net/albums/userpics/7/6/217376/1157534186.jpg
