Thank you CSS Image Tips=0 Solve this problem

I opened Advanced - Configuration - Editor display - Miscellaneous and unchecked "Display image tooltips". But the setting "Display image tooltips" is checked again after a restart of UltraEdit. I can't turn off the feature "Display image tooltips".
