- I don't know where UE does store the local copy. Most software use /users/my-username/Library/Caches/[name-of-software]. But there is no folder named UltraEdit or similar. I did reproduce the issue. As soon as I saw the write protected button I did check the file on the server. It still had chmod 06...Posted in UltraEdit for Mac General Discussion
