I try to understand the UltraCompare Synchronize Folders function. The help screen for it refers to STCD files although that pane on my version of UC for Windows (21.10.0.18, 64-bit) doesn't include a rule for them. What are they, and does it matter that they're absent from the Rule Customization box?

I run UltraEdit and UltraCompare on a desktop and a laptop system (both Windows 7). I'd like to keep menu and especially my customized toolbar configurations synced between the two PCs. Is there a way to export these settings from one system to another?
