    Hi,

I would like to backup my .bak, this means:

After I save my script (like: test.php) Ultraedit makes a backup file. That's ok.

I would like to have a sequential numbering of my backup data

    eg: test.001, test.002, test.003 etc

    Is it possible?

    padrone

Write a batch file for numbering the .bak files and add this batch file as user tool with the option Save Active File. Now you can save the file by simply executing the tool and the created .bak file is renamed by your batch file to whatever you want.

Since v12.00 UltraEdit directly supports version backups.
