I'm running:
UltraEdit x64 version 22.20.0.27
UltraCompare Professional version 15.10.0.18
Windows 7 Professional SP1 x64
Both UltraEdit and UltraCompare are working as normal.
I previously also had the last UltraEdit 22.20 x64 Beta installed, which I uninstalled when 22.20 x64 was released.
Today I opened UltraCompare and went ahead and compared two .ini text files. No problem. But then when I click the "Edit in UltraEdit" toolbar button UltraCompare throws up a message saying that "UltraEdit is not installed" and invites me to download a free trial!
Where does UltraCompare look to determine if UltraEdit is installed?
I presume that UltraCompare is still looking for UltraEdit in the old 32-bit folder, "C:\Program Files (x86)\IDM Computer Solutions" instead of "C:\Program Files\IDM Computer Solutions". How do I convince it to look in "C:\Program Files\IDM Computer Solutions"?
