I've been testing UEX on Fedora 11 with WPS. WPS is a batch/CLI replacement for SAS and was just released about a month ago. I want to let folks know that UEX on Fedora to develop WPS code works great. I set up a tool called WPS that allows me to submit my code for execution and I can then view my log and lst files from inside UEX.
The tool configuration I used is as follows:
Go to Tools || Tools Configuration
On the Command tab:
Menu Item Name: WPS
Command Line: /usr/bin/wps-2.4/./wps %f
Working Directory: %p
(I have nothing in the Toolbar bitmap/icon box).
On the Options tab:
Save Active File is checked.
On the Output tab:
(I have nothing checked)
This seems to work pretty well. Just make sure that the path to where you installed WPS is set correctly and you should be good to go.
