Hello... two things that I'm hoping are available and I'm just missing... first, is it possible to lock toolbars? Specifically, the open file tab bar? I constantly double-click to close files, but if I miss the tab, which happens often enough to be very annoying, the entire toolbar becomes detached and I have to re-place it, which of course sometimes is a pain because it doesn't go where I want right aay.

Second, is there a way to alter the font size in things like the function list? My eyes are not great, and I'd like to bump them up a size or two... especially the function list, which I like to use frequently.
