I've searched a bit and haven't seen anything directly related to this (oddly enough). Besides Advanced -> DOS Command, is there way to have a permanent DOS command window (similar to terminal, ftp, output)? Or is that possible with the Terminal window?
There is no dockable command prompt window.
In my point of view this would not make much sense as a command prompt window can be opened at any time via Windows start menu. It is possible to assign a hotkey to any shortcut in Windows start menu or on Windows desktop for quick execution of the command. And Windows can store for each command prompt window individually the size and position of the window. That's why I think it is not really necessary that UltraEdit itself supports an internal command prompt window for executing commands by the user.
