Mapping a command to a Windows logo key with letter combination is not possible. This is a restriction of Microsoft Windows. Many of the Win+Key codes are already assigned to Windows system functions, see keyboard shortcuts for Microsoft products. Applications should not support mapping application commands to Win+Key keyboard scan codes according to the already old Word document Keyboard Scan Code Specification from Microsoft which is part of the Windows Platform Design Notes because they are all reserved for the Windows operating system.
