I am looking for the configuration menu. Specifically, I am interested in changing colors for syntax highlighting. Thanks for the assist.

I only use UE for Windows, so I can't guarantee this will be correct, but assuming you are using the current Mac release, I believe you should be able to click the View menu, then select Themes, and then Manage Themes. From here you should be able to change your colors from the Syntax tab.
