@Ace0 Please open Advanced - Settings or Configuration - File handling - Session options and uncheck the configuration settings Reload files previously open on startup and Reload FTP files when reloading a project or last open files if you do not like a reload of the files at startup opened on last exit of UltraEdit.

Most features can be configured in the Configuration. Some features need adding/removing a registry value, for example, disabling the use of Edge WebView2 causing a larger startup time.
