OK. I followed your instructions. There was nothing odd when comparing uedit64u.shortcuts.txt with UltraEdit_shortcuts.txt. The only 4 shortcut changes Ive done is:
Alt+Divide - Comment selection
Alt+Shift+Divide - Uncomment selection
Ctrl+Divide - Comment add
Ctrl+Shift+Divide - Comment remove
and now I also changed Print to Ctrl+Shift+E and Persistent selection to Ctrl+Shift+L like you suggested. My numlock is always on.
I will test this for some time and see what happens... Thanx for now!
